Accredit passionately believes that to enhance the performance of a sales team can only happen though effective coaching, supported by continuous assessment. However there is a place for "traditional" workshops to either up-skill in sales techniques or position new offerings (from a sales perspective).
Accredit is unusual in that we are happy to work with your existing training suppliers, especially if you have a preferred sales methodology, to create workshops that support the coaching and assessment programmes. If you do not have a preferred supplier then Accredit will work with you to develop training workshops on areas including:
- - Positioning a new offering to clients
- - Sales Skills
- - Sales management
- - Account planning
- - Coaching
In addition, Accredit can work with you to create "accredited" training programmes which lead to qualifications from bodies such as the ISMM and can open the door to Government funding for your training programmes.
