Accredit's core belief is that successful selling starts with understanding client need. Experience has shown us that many sales people are used to identifying the "technical" need, but not the underlying business needs.
To help sales organisations identify the business needs Accredit provides structures for Client Workshops which can be run either by Accredit supplied facilitators or by the Account Team. These Client Workshops are designed to help the Account team and their Client identify what, from a business perspective, is driving the need to make changes, how these changes might be achieved, and what needs to be put in place to allow the Account Team to propose a solution.
Accredit provides:

- - Facilitators to run the meeting - These are business leaders with a minimum of 15 years senior management (VP level or higher) experience
