What is it? Accreditation involves a detailed assessment of your sales teams performance in a simulated sales meeting. Performance is evaluated against a range of criteria which includes sales skills, understanding client needs, aligning your proposition to the client’s needs, demonstrating benefit, unique value and closing the deal.

Who carries out the sales assessment? The assessment team will typically include one or two members of the Accredit team and one of your sales managers – this enables sales managers to assess firsthand how their team members perform in a business context.

How is accreditation performance reported? All individuals undergoing an accreditation will be given immediate feedback on their performance, together with coaching on how to improve; online reports are made available for individuals and summary reports for managers.

How do you know that the assessments are accurate? Accredit has been running objective assessment of sales teams for years. With over 2000 accreditations completed across a range of large and small sales teams in many sectors. The key is us working with you to build the assessment based on our audit of your Messages and Environment. The output will be a team of objectively assessed Resources
